PERSONAL STATEMENT:
I have lived in Westchester all of my life, and in Scarsdale for the past 23 years. Licensed since 1980, I have a thorough knowledge not only of Scarsdale, but of all the surrounding areas. Since I have listed and sold many Westchester properties over the past 27 years, I have an excellent understanding of the local real estate market. This resulted in my being named one of Houlihan Lawrence’s “Gold Level” Top Producers in 2004, “Platinum Level” with both Houlihan Lawrence and the Westchester County Board of Realtors in 2005, “Emerald Level” in 2006, and “Diamond Level” in 2007 and 2008. I am a consistent “Top Producer” with Houlihan Lawrence and was the #1 Top Producer in the Scarsdale Branch in 2005 and 2006.
